RESERVATION & CANCELLATION
POLICY
A 50% deposit is due at the
time of booking to secure your reservation with the
balance due by May 1st. Reservations made less than
90 days prior to visit require payment in full at time
of booking. Payment will be accepted in travelers checks,
money order or personal check.
Cancellations may be made up
to 90 days prior to visit to receive a refund, less
25% of deposit. Cancellations made less than 90 days
prior to visit will forfeit entire deposit. However,
if a replacement is found, guest will receive a refund
less 25% of deposit, or may choose to apply deposit
toward a future reservation.
WEATHER DELAY
Guests should plan their travel
to Kodiak taking into consideration potential weather
delays. This is a commonplace practice for experienced
Alaska travelers. Try to make flexible travel arrangements
with the air carrier of your choice.
If you are delayed by weather or some other unforeseen
reason, our policy is as follows: Delays in town prior
to arrival at the lodge are your responsibility. We
will credit any paid for but unused days to a future
stay with us. If you are delayed at the lodge on departure
for town, you will not be charged for additional time
with us, except for any optional guided activity during
the delay.
